The Aultman Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit entity that supports the integrated Aultman Health Foundation system as well as health and wellness in our community. Please note: this Privacy Policy is for The Aultman Foundation only; the Aultman Hospital and other entities in the Aultman Health Foundation system have their own privacy policies.
