Thank you for your interest in applying for a grant from The Aultman Foundation (TAF).
Step 1: Letter of Inquiry (LOI)
If you believe your project is a good match for The Aultman Foundation, the first step is to submit a Letter of Inquiry during the appropriate time period. Please note, we recently made changes in our grant application process, effective for the 2022 grant round and all subsequent grant rounds.
The Letter of Inquiry (LOI) is now submitted online through the ZoomGrants portal. This replaces mailed or emailed LOIs. LOIs will be accepted January 1, 2022 through January 31, 2022. The LOI will be used to determine if the request fits The Aultman Foundation’s guidelines. Please allow ample time to submit the LOI and become familiar with the ZoomGrants software.
You should receive an email reply within 7 days of submitting your LOI. If you do not receive a reply within this time period, please contact Abby Shaub by using the contact information below.
Step 2: Full Grant Application, by Invitation Only
If your LOI fits TAF guidelines, you will receive an email invitation to login to ZoomGrants and complete the full application by February 28, 2021. Otherwise, you will receive an email that we are unable to move forward with your request at this time. Being asked to submit a full proposal does not guarantee that you will be funded or that you will be fully funded.
No hard copy proposals or late proposals will be accepted. When a deadline falls on a weekend or holiday, the application is still due on or before the February 28 deadline.
New ZoomGrants Applicants
Access the “ZoomGrants Portal” and then click on “Sign Up Now.” Set up an email and password to create an account and begin your application.
Returning ZoomGrants Applicants
Enter your login ID (email address) and password in the “Existing ZoomGrants Users” section to begin the application process. If you forgot your password, click on the “Forgot Password” link and an automated email will be sent to your email address.
Accessing ZoomGrants if you Have a New Organization Contact
If your organization has a new grant contact and no longer has access to your previous ZoomGrants login, please email Questions@ZoomGrants.com or complete the form at the bottom of help.zoomgrants.com for assistance.
