Designate Your Gift

Every dollar of your financial gift is designated to a program of care that you may choose. Your support enhances programs and services at Aultman, and in turn, helps patients and their families who benefit from the care they receive.

The Aultman Foundation has established tribute and memorial recognitions to allow you to honor a loved one, friend or perhaps an organization with your gift. You can make this designation once you’re ready to make your donation.

The following patient-centered care programs can benefit from your charitable gifts. You can designate your gift to a particular program or service listed below when you’re ready to make your donation. If you’re unsure, you can always select “Area of Greatest Need,” and your gift will be used where the hospital needs it the most.

If there is a specific program or service you’d like to designate your gift towards that isn’t listed below, please contact Lisa Zellers.

Area of Greatest Need

Donating towards the area of greatest need shows your support of Aultman Hospital and its mission to lead our community to improved health. Health care changes rapidly and so do the needs of Aultman Hospital. Designating your gift to the area of greatest need allows Aultman to utilize the money in the program or service that needs it most. Donate Now.

Pregnancy and Infant Loss
Tangible items are so important to those that experience a pregnancy or infant loss. Our bereavement program provides these tangible items to our families such as memory books, hand and foot moldings, pamphlets with resources, blankets, outfits, books for siblings and photo albums. You donations would help us continue our goal of providing each family with the resources they need in order to begin their walk through the grief process. Donate Now.

Safe Sleep
Every week in Ohio, three babies die in unsafe sleep environments. These deaths are preventable! We are committed to doing everything we can so these babies can celebrate their first birthdays. At Aultman, safe sleep is extremely important. We're providing Halo Sleep Sacks for new babies and the book “Sleep Baby Safe and Snug” for the parents. Donate Now.
